Last week I lost my iPhone 4. Somehow it was actually found and I just got it back today. Although everything appears normal, there is no sound at all from it. Turning up/down the volume, there is no sound bar (meter) even displayed for the ringer or music. I did a restore on the phone with no luck. In addition, it will say that this accessory is not compatible with the device, even if there is nothing connected. I tried headphones, but still nothing. I set up a genius appointment for tomorrow.

Any ideas on what this issue might be or how to go about approaching the genius bar? The phone is under Apple Care. Thanks!
