Hey guys,
I have a friend who has a iPhone 4 it is not booting up. He says it gets to the Apple Logo and stays there. He didn't upgrade it, drop it or anything.
He has tried restoring it with iTunes and two different computers. Also tried it in DFU mode.
However when he restores it comes up with error -1 in iTunes. Also, iTunes doesn't detect the phones serial and IMEI number.
Is the phone completely broken - or can we fix it some how?
