Iphone 4 won't restore, error 9

I don't know if it was the wrong choice for me to restore after the iphone said it was having issues to sync but I restored it anyways.

I tried using another computer, restarted this and the other, used different cables, different usb ports none worked, still get error nine

Can anyone help?
