iPhone 4 won't send text messages when cellular data is turned on

Hey everyone

I'm having trouble sending messages with my new iPhone 4. Everytime I go to send a text message with cellular data turned on it will not send, but when I turn cellular data off it will send text messages, is there any reason for this? It is really annoying when your trying to connect to the Internet and text at the same time. How can I make it send text messages and leave cellular data on at the sane time?
