Hi guys,
I was using my iPhone 4 running on IOS 7 perfectly fine on Tuesday, when all of a sudden it turned off. I tried pressing all the buttons including holding the power and the home button down at the same time but nothing happened. I then plugged it into the wall and the apple logo came up (felt so relieved), however, after about 10 seconds it turned off again then the apple logo reappeared and kept repeating the process.
I decided I would need to connect to itunes and do a restore, but when I went to restore it it gave me the error 3194. i managed to get rid of that error then got error 21, then error 2001.
I have tried everything. I have changed computers to a brand new, 2 week old Macbook Pro.. nothing worked. I have tried about 5 cables, I have cleaned out the dock connector, used all the nifty tricks such as pressing down the home button whilst connecting to iTunes, used DFU mode countless times and it still won't work.
I plugged it in to the wall to charge and left it for 3 days, take it off charge and nothing.
Beginning to get very very fed up now!!

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!! :((

Well let me tell you this THANK YOU for trying to fix it. Every one else on this site asking for help do nothing what so ever. I use an iPhone 4 running iOS 7 and one time it was just off it was weird. I pressed the sleep button and it turned on. But you seem to have a weird situation... How old is your phone did you get it around launch day or what? I got my iPhone 4 in December 2012 so its not that old but if yours is older it might have just... Died:eek: And it sounds like you did every thing witch is scaring me a bit because I really don't know what to tell you.

Sounds like you have tried all the obvious. If I had it on my desk I would change the battery out. That being said you have to ask yourself, how much am I willing to spend to get an iPhone 4 back on line.

Thanks for the replies, i appreciate that you have taken the time to contribute and try to help me fix it! I am going to have to buy a new battery and if that doesn't work, I'm going to have to admit that it's dead!
I bought the phone off my best mate who had it for around 2 years. I've done a lot to it such as changing the screen, the back and the vibrate tool and it has been working fine with no problems until this happened.
What I think it is, is when my boyfriend changed the screen and the back, he lost the two bottom screws so the back is constantly falling off and when I drop it, the back falls off and the battery comes out so I think doing this may have damaged the connection between the battery and the phone. Hopefully buying a new battery will solve my problem!
Again, thanks very much for the replies! :)
