iPhone 4.x os email configuration questions

1. Is there a way to make it so certain email accounts fetch new data (check for emails) "Every 15 minutes" and some to fetch "Manually" and others to fetch "Hourly"?


2. Can you reorganize the order of email accounts? It seems now it is ordered to when I added them to my iPhone... (some are more important than others)

3. Can you have different signatures for different email accounts?

4. How do I just have "Notes" that are from my mail app on OS X and not saved on any email server, created either from my iPhone or on my email client on OS X?
