Iphone 4Camera problem

I have an Iphone 4 with At&t 16GB on 4.3.5.

When I open the camera app the camera and or the video works for a while(avg 20 sec) and then it locks up. I can still hit home and close the camera app. When it locks up it gets a vertical blue lines on the picture.


I have restored the phone several times and have also check the ribbon cables the best that i could.

All i want to do is sale this thing and get a new one but don't want to sale a broken one..

also let me know if u think its not fixable..
