iPhone 4g iTunes issue

My iTunes doesnt recognize my iPhone it's not the iTunes I know because it recognize my iPod.
I have it Jb with green poison for more than 3 months and it was working fine. The computer recognize because the battery is charging and I use it as an external Hdd and that reconized. So I do I sync my iPhone without restoring. Thanx

You said you are sure that it isn't iTunes (I'm not BTW), and you are JB, so that doesn't leave much. Since you are sure that it's the phone, restore it.

I found out the solution.
Unfortunately you were wrong. If the iTunes do not recognize the iPhone then i cant restore and restoring it what I try to avoid. Any ways If your iPhone have any problem like that it must be an app or a source you add to that iPhone. It what I did. Deleted the last sours and reboot.
