iPhone 4S 16GB or 32GB?

So I'm looking to get a new iPhone from the store on Friday, and started to ponder over whether 16GB would be enough space with 1080p and such high resolution picture taking coming into play. How much full HD video could 16GB hold for example?

Any thoughts would be appreciated,
