iPhone 4S 5.0.1 Need to Preserve Jailbreak

Hey Guys,

I have a 4S with 5.0.1 that is jailbroken and I have sold the phone. I sold it as jailbroken, but have realized I have a problem ahead in preserving the jailbreak. I have read about things like panicroom, but that does not seem to be an option. Everything I read about seems to be a problem for a 4S or 5.0.1. Is there anything I can do or what is the best thing to do to preserve the jailbreak, but clean off my information.

Only option is panicroom and delete everything else manually.

Not 100%, I never used it before.
If that doesn't work then start deleting stuff manually.

Edit.
I just checked the devs info and you were right. Panicroom doesn't work on 5.0 or higher.
Some have mentioned it before as an option but didn't check compatibility.

Thanks, I will do it manually. Not really looking for a shortcut, because I don't mind investing the time. I just want the most data possible removed.
