iPhone 4S 64GB at 400$....deal or no deal ?

I am in market for iPhone 4S either 32gb or 64gb. I am checking ebay prices and most 32gb are going below 400$ while 64gb go for between 400 and 450$.
I am getting this deal on my local craigslist of 4S 64GB for 400$. The seller claims it is replacement from apple and is only 1 month old and he says it is new replacement and not refurb. I am not sure about his claim of new and refurb but have to go with what he is saying.
Is this a good deal for the 64GB 4S ?

sold mine for 600 a couple days ago ...had apple warranty it out so it was brand new in a mint box with un used hardware....
