So, today my sister found an iPhone 4s, and my dad went ahead and restored it to factory settings. However, when we try to activate it, it won't activate. The iPhone is from AT&T, and we had left the original sim card in, but when trying to activate, it states that the sim card is not supported. Afterwards, we tried the sim card from my dad's iPhone 4 from AT&T (which is inactive), and got the same thing. My whole family excluding my older sister is currently on T-mobile, my older sister is on Verizon with an iPhone 4. How can I activate the iPhone, so that it can be used?

Thank you in advance.
