I have a question for any Italian readers out there (or somebody who has experience using their iPhone in Italy). I've spent quite a bit of time in Italy and know some italian, but I'm having a hard time figuring out the data options that are available for a prepaid sim on TIM. I already have a TIM sim in my iPhone 4s with the "TIM 12" tariff and want to add a data option that gives me the most available data and the ability to use VOIP (specifically Skype).

Is it possible to activate one of the "tablet" internet data plans (such as "Internet top" or "Internet 42.4" that provide 20 GB of data per month)? Or can I only use the smartphone data plans (such as TIMxsmartphone maxi)?

I really hope somebody can decipher this information for me. Thanks so much in advance!!
