iPhone 4s and iSimple direct connect

I have an iPhone 4s and am playing music through iCloud. In my car, I have the iSimple direct connect. When I try and play music, it usually takes a very long time for the songs to start playing. And when they do finally start playing, it usually plays for a couple seconds and stops. Is anyone aware of an issue with iSimple? When I play music off my phone, everything plays just fine.

Sorry to go slightly off topic, but do you like the iSimple product, and where did you buy it.
