iPhone 4s anti-dust plugs

I've been looking around for some anti-dust plugs for my new iPhone 4s (despite my best efforts, pocket lint is filling the ports already!). There's a ton out there, and most have negative reviews (don't actually stay in, or too hard to get out, etc.). So can anyone recommend plugs that actually work well?
