Iphone 4S app store wont update

Hello,

My iPhone 4S app store won't update. When I try to update my apps it makes me sign in with my password and normally it would say "rycliffmc@gmail.com" but now its only saying "rycliffmc" and the passwords don't match. I don't know what else to do.

Did you have at one point an AppleID that was not an email address? Is it possible that some of the apps that need to be updated were initially purchased by that account before you created/converted to your current AppleID? Try signing out via Settings->iTunes & App Stores restarting the phone and then signing back in and checking for app updates.
