iPhone 4s AT&T Unlock?

A few weeks ago, I bought an AT&T iPhone 4s off-contract from eBay. I'm now considering switching to T-Mobile. Is it possible to use the AT&T online unlock tool to unlock it?

You would have to be a current at&t user and prove that the iphone to be unlocked has its contractual obligation fulfilled.

You could have unlocked it few weeks back for around a dollar. If u going to tmobile for their pricing. Take a look at aio wireless, att phones work on aio without requiring unlock afaik.
