iphone 4s auto swich off on 20%

Hello Everyone

i have very weird problem,

my iphone 4s (ios 6.1.3 - jailbroken by evisi0n) which turn off automatically at 20% on battery power and when i replug the power source again it start from 21%.

is there any tweak which classified this type of power resource problem.

please help me
and any type of help will be very appreciable.
