iPhone 4S battery dies randomly

My new iPhone 4S that I have has been randomly shutting down with a dead battery notification at random charges of anywhere from 70% to 40%.

I've already tried restoring my iPhone twice and the problem is still presisting.

Any suggestions for a fix before I take it back to the Apple store?

Happening to mine too. Visiting the apple store this weekend. Hope they can sort it.
