Hi there. Since I discovered this method on my iPhone and it worked on 7 other 4s of my friends, here are 3 things you can do
- disable wifi - sync (on itunes uncheck it)
- disable location for time zone
- last but not least, let your iPhone battery drain and turn down by itself. It could take from 30mins to 1 hr and a half from 1% battery to shut down. Be patient :) I dunno if it's a sort of battery calibration, but it works ( at least with 4s sold in Italy).

There's no order of the 3 operation, do it how you prefer. i dunno which one of the three gives more benefits in terms of battery draining....

This method doesn't solve calls issue (echoes and etc). Let's wait for an update!

I do not pretend to be an Apple guru or whatsoever, but since this method worked pretty well i just wanted to share this. Give it a try, there's no need to delete or restore anything.

Let me know if this helped,

Cheers
