i used my iphone for almost a year now (march 10) the iphone has completed 321 battery cycles .. Design capacity 1430.. max capacity : 1330.. is this normal?

Thanks for the fast reply, but i read somewhere that those many cycles happen after about 20 months is this true? can u tell me after how many cycles i should change my iphones battery if I'm still gonna use it? around 600?

Just use the phone. Charge as needed. If you use the phone and charge it often the cycles add up fast. Don't worry about it. Honestly if you remove the app that is reporting your cycles you will be able to relax.
