iPhone 4s Birthday calendar - all birthdays 1 day behind, how do I solve??!!

I have just got a new iPhone 4s and all of the birthdays on the birthday calendar are 1 day before they should be.

I have tired editing them on the contacts but this doesn't work. I have checked my time zone and it is down as London GMT which is correct, date and time are all correct. I also can't edit any of the birthday entries.

Any ideas?? I know this seems to be an issue others are having

Joining in on the question

I know that it draws the dates for this calendar from the contacts app, so we might be stuck with it, I just made an iCal from Facebook to gCal and sync this on my iPhone instead of the automated one.

Have you checked the time zone setting in settings - mail, contacts and calendars and scroll down to the calendar section.

A lot of people don't realize their is a specific time zone setting for calendars separate from the one in settings - general - date & time.
