iPhone 4S Bluetooth Problem

Hi, I just recently today upgraded from a basic to an iphone 4s. I have a rocketfish blutooth stereo headphones which i have used on my old phone (lg cosmos) and my ipod touch (2nd gen). However after getting my new iphone 4s all set up today, everyone says i sound distorted on the headphones (which paired fine btw). Not sure whats wrong, not sure what i can do to fix. Please help!

I sometimes have distortion when Wifi is enabled at the same time. Try turning Wifi off and seeing if the distortion is still present.
