iPhone 4S Bluetooth Video/Music/Photo Streaming to iPad 3

I have a 64GB iPhone 4S that is not being used at all for storage (movies, music, pictures). I just purchased another 64GB iPad (3rd Gen) WiFi.

I am wanting to be able to load up my phone with all my music and some videos and pictures and then be able to stream these to my iPad via bluetooth.

I do have my iPhone jailbroken and do have MyFi installed, so that I can connect my iPad to the internet anywhere.

What app is available that would allow my to do this streaming when I am on the road.

My whole intent is that I am installing this iPad in my Nissan Titan dash in a few weeks and want to make sure I have the best setup for this.

If you have AirServer and can somehow have them under the same internet connection, you can just AirPlay them over without any data usage.
