iPhone 4s Boot Loop even after restoring 5.0.1

Hello All,

I'm slightly angered that I just setup an iPhone 4s which is not entering a boot loop. I have entered DFU mode and restored 5.0.1 and it continues to boot loop (Apple Logo).

What is going on here?
