I'm looking for a iPhone 4s case that works with lucky lab sides (also doesn't mess up Lucky labs) and somewhat easy to put on an off and comes with a belt holster. Going to be using for work. Any suggestions?

do you mean your looking for a holster only? or a holster to work with another case?
if your using the phone naked, go to the apple store and try out the sena laterale...very slim and sleek IMO...tried it myself and no probs ruining my lucky lab wraps

Thanks a lot. I'm more looking for a case that comes with a holster, similar to the defender case. But just slimmer and won't mess up lucky labs wraps

The Seidio set up you can use with full body screen protection because it's a slider case. I tried using the Seidio Rugged until I tried to remove my full body protected iPhone from the slider and it took 3 people to get it out. I returned it.
FWIW, I have the Seidio Surface w/ Holster for my iPhone 4S. While the case and holster are GREAT. There is a major downside IMO...the flash reflects off the case and floods out any dark pictures where the flash is used.
If they just re-designed the camera/flash cutout, the case would be perfect.

I don't know about sides but yes with front and back.
I paid only $30 for my case/holster combo.
