Do iPhone 4 Cases fit the iPhone 4S? If not, where can I get a simple iPhone 4S case?

It depends on the case design. It's the same design as the Verizon (CDMA) iPhone where the mute button is lower than on the GSM iPhone.

Verizon iPhone 4 cases will fit the 4S. Some AT&T iPhone 4 cases will fit, but not all of them.
