iPhone 4s--Change the App Store Country--Unique Situation

Hey everyone,
I'm sure this has been addressed before, but I can't find the specific answer I'm looking for.
I just bought an unlocked iPhone 4s in Hong Kong yesterday. I'm from the states and set up my iPhone with my regular Apple ID. When I open up the App store, it opens up the Chinese app store. I've never used the Chinese app store in my life and I'm not sure how to change it back to the US store.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
