When ever I charging my iPhone over night it always stop at92% never goes to 100% anymore?

How can I make it go to 100%

Do a hard reset and try again.

You let the battery run out (until the phone shuts off for lack of juice), then recharge. Semantics as you are not actually calibrating the battery per se, but the file that determines how charged the battery is.
