iPhone 4s - crashing my work wifi?

Never had this issue with my 4 or 3g/s but the 4s is crashing my BT business hub in the office?

Any ideas?
 
Do they have some MAC adress filtering or internal security? Maybe the network isn't crashing but you are just get kicked off the network.

Ditch BT.
