iPhone 4S echoing...

Every call I'm on my phone echoes every time. Does anyone else have this problem? I've switched from Speaker back to phone, Phone to Headset, turned off my phone, on, restored, wiped and started from scratch, etc with no avail.

Any ideas?

Very tight cases can cause this issue. Like life proofs water proof case (think they fixed the issue.

Ive got bad connections before and could here an echo. I've experienced that since back when I was using dumb phones. However it was rare and calling back fixed the problem.

Aside from that maybe a hardware issue....

Cases can cause an echoing when using a headset? Very strange if that's the case. I'm going with hardware but I'll try case free for the rest of the day.
