iphone 4s error code 1 after upgrading to 7.1.2

I've upgraded my ios to 7.1.2 or at least i've tried...
Now i got a beautiful brick, it is stuck with the error code 1, not the -1. have anyone solved this issue? i can't find a way to put it back to work..
can someone help me?

Have you tried putting the phone in recovery mode or DFU mode and restoring that way?

yes, i've tried DFU, new sync cable, the error codes are not the same but, i still have a brick...

it already gave me

error 4014
error 14(sync cable)
