iPhone 4S exposed to water.

Long story short. iPhone 4S was in my pocket at work, then I slipped into the pool. I immediately got out and dried off my phone with a towel. It was pitch black. Tried turning it on but no luck. Let it sit to dry all day. Then 8 hours later after work I put it in a bucket of rice. Left it in there for about 15 hours and then I blow-dried it. There is a tiny bit of water i cannot get out. So i put it back into the rice. And im all out of ideas and hope. The screen it pitch black. And i dont think it was that bad since the 2 obvious water indicators are still white. Any advice?

Too late for any advice I would have given. Next time, don't try to turn it on for at least a week. Keep it in a bag of rice.
