Hey guys,
My roommate came home Thursday, with a non working phone and i'm trying to figure out how to fix it. He said he hadn't dropped it or spilled anything on it so i am hoping you guys can help me out, since i am lost. I know this has been discussed a bunch of times and i don't mean to create another thread but so far nothing else has worked for me.....
This is what it looked like when he brought it home.....
Would not turn on, or respond to being plugged in to either wall or computer
After some trial and error (leaving it plugged in/holding button combinations) It finally recognized the computer and in iTunes appeared like so....
When i hit restore it starts the process as normal, downloading and extracting files, until it reaches this point
It stays like this never progresses...... If i unplug it i get the error 9 but otherwise no change...
Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated,
