My ghost line with AT&T qualified for a full upgrade so I purchased a 4S 64GB and was mildly surprised to come home, fire it up and see it is running 5.0.

I'm not going to be jail breaking this one and was wondering if there is any advantage to simply keeping this firmware and version or does the downside outweigh the advantages of upgrading (5.1.1).

I appreciate your opinions!

I never like jumping into updates until I see some reviews on the results. Once a new update comes out you can weigh out the advantages over what you currently have with the update features.
