I've run into a few glitches that seem to only appear on my iPhone 4S (not my iPad or any of my friends iPhones)
When I want to rearrange how things appear in notification center, it does not take. It will display the proper order after I change it, but the change isn't displayed in the notification center, and when I return to the settings pane the order is back to how it was before. If I restart the phone, I can successfully edit the order once, and then it returns to not working again.
Also, saving shortcuts don't take effect either on the keyboard
Are these documented glitches (anyone else experiencing them), or should I do a software restore?
