Hey guys,
A few days ago I got hit with the greyed out wifi bug on my iPhone 4s, I've tried every possible solution from resetting updating emptying battery and recharging but nothing seems to work, So I'll go for the final solution which is replacement.
Now I have a further problem, I'm from Egypt and we don't have any apple retail stores, Only authorized dealers, I bought my phone from the USA less than a year ago(Still in warranty), A friend informed me that I can't get a replacement for two reasons: Buying it from USA and being in Egypt
I'll visit an authorized store today but I've got a question, I've been searching apple's website for a few hours for information on how to fix the problem and on how to get a replacement, And apparently if I failed getting it replaced at the dealer's I will have it got it fixed outside apple or send it back to USA to get it fixed, My question is: How do I send it by Mail to APPLE ? Because I can't find any online form for Egyptians to get replacement by mail.
Thanks and sorry for the long story

Have you checked to see if the wifi cable has possibly come loose? This is always a possibility, and its good to check just if you have exhausted all other options..

I have no idea how to do that, I can do a youtube search but is it safe or might I risk damaging something?

its actually not that hard to check. You just need to remove the back glass. Most likely you will need a pentalobe screw driver.

I will attach picture of the wifi cable and connection point for your reference. Make sure

Thanks, I'll see what I can do first with those authorized dealers
