Hey GUys, I am SO excited, I paid 15 to get my iPhone 4S Registered to a IMZDLS dev account and get a digi cert. SO now I can install betas to my iPhone my only problem is I feel dumb because my iPhones screen is really scratched so I was going to pay the $49 to get a replacement through apple care plus, but, all the scratches are hairline so is there any product that would really get the HL scratches out of my 4S?

First of all, learn to punctuate.

Second, what does you registering your iPhone with a Dev have to do with hairline scratches on your phone?

Answer: go to the Apple Store and have it replaced. Or you can go to ifixit.com, order the part and replace it yourself (riskier, especially with the front panel. back panel is a no-brainer.)

What does being registered to a dev account have to do with having your phone replaced for hairline scratches? Also their is no way to remove the hairline scratches without removing the oleophobic coating the phone has.

You can not fix the iPhone screen because it is diamond plated and nothing is harder than diamond therefore the screen is impossible to scratch.

Firstly, take it to an Apple Authorised Reseller or an Apple Store and get the display replaced.

Secondly, get a screen protector. Terrapin ones from eBay are cheap and work very well.

Finally, look after your phone.

What's the point? You'll have all scratched up again in no time. You obviously don't look after it, it's been barely two months.

I thought it was going to be about someone stressing over battery life/antennagate/iPhone6-gate/other and losing hair.

Good point. You either care about the phone or you don't. Which is it??

And if you treat your phone like yesterday's trash why be a developer?
