iphone 4s headphone distorsion

Hello,

I have an issue while listenning music from ipod and youtube. Below the last three levels. I have a distorted sound from left headphone.

When the sound level at third from last the sound is ok. And when I decrease the volume down 1 level, after 3-4 seconds the sound on left headphone starts to be distorted.

The ios was 6.0.1, I have this issue now I updated to 6.1.1 the issue still remains.

Could you please help me about this problem?
