iPhone 4s iOS 6.1.3 Jailbroken problem

I have an iPhone 4S running iOS 6.1.3 that's jailbroken and when I open some games, I get a message saying "Connect to iTunes to get push notifications", This is really annoying and would like it gone, I tried the Apple Account sign out, reboot and sign back in trick but it doesn't work, someone said to use ideviceactivation but I have no idea how to use it (I'm a Windows user but I do have a Linux thumbdrive)

Any help would be perfect

Fixed it, just deactivated and reactivated the device with ideviceactivation.
