I have had my iPhone 4S since launch (October) and was wondering whether this was normal usage:

I don't use my phone for much, never play any games, basically all I do on it is browse the web/look at RSS feeds messages/texts and the (occasional) phone call, mostly general stuff, but nothing processor or GPS intensive.

I don't use location services though they are turned on, and notifications are limited to only a few apps that I use. Push email is always on and schedule is hourly.

Basically I don't get more than 4 hours of battery life and it can be quite frustrating as I can never get through the day without it dying.

I have a feeling there is a problem with my battery, as my Girlfriend who has an iPhone 4 gets about 7 hours battery, and that's with it being on standby for two days. I have to charge mine every night.

Can't see your pictures.

Based on the usage you describe, no, it's normal. I'd suspect a battery, but have you restored and setup as new? Or at least, reset all settings?

It is or isn't normal? And I have tried a settings reset and restore and it's no different.

Certainly doesn't appear normal, if you have a Jailbroken phone I would install Battery DEtective to check the status of your battery and its MaxCapacity vs its Design Capacity. I took my previous iPhone 4s to Apple and had it replaced for similar battery issues.

Seems to be like mine?

I have been wondering as well if I should take mine back for a replacement. I also have to charge mine every night.
