iPhone 4s - iTunes purchases not showing up

Today i bought an iPhone 4s and i'm struggling to get the phone to see the music purchases i made on my iPad2

Last week i purchased and downloaded Steve Job's Audiobook Biography.

I went into the iTunes app on my 4s to check purchases and it isn't listed.

The apps are listed in the app store with the cloud symbol but my audiobook isn't.

Not sure what i am doing wrong?

Audiobooks are not included in iCloud

Therefore you can't download them from your cloud purchases or sync chapters between devices.

Sucks but hopefully apple are working on the licensing agreements
