iPhone 4S Jailbreak: Cannot Locate Package

I jailbroke with Absinthe this morning and everything went smoothly, up until now. Cydia is installed, but when I click on a Jailbreak Apps to install them, it says "Note: Cannot Locate Package". I tried refreshing in Changes, but it didn't help. Am I missing something?
