iPhone 4s jailbreak

Hello,

I just jailbroke my iPhone 4s. I think I used absinthe.
Anyway when I open cydia, I can't download anything? I looked for sbsettings under search in cydia, but couldn't find it.

Anyway in cydia under all packagesething wrong? It just shows apps check marked. Which I am thinking is apps I have installed

You most likely didn't let the packages download all the way.

Cydia is getting slammed by all the new jailbreaks so not everything downloads right away. There's even quite a few errors.
