iPhone 4's JB battery draining

I have jailbreak almost since I have my iPhone, but I face this battery drainig problem.
For example, battery drained 3% just because I'm writing this... The same amount it drained for 10 hours of standby without JB.

Can anyone help me, please?

Searching is faster! also in the future it helps to provide info we are not psych. apps firmware how you use it etc etc. or just go back to non jb firmware.
