iPhone 4s keyboard portrait mode problem pls help

i have an iphone 4s , letters E , D , S , X , Z will not work in portrait mode , if i hold the phone in landscape mode all letters work i have ios 8.2 what can i do ? i tested he touchscreen on another iphone and it perfectly works
