iPhone 4s not charging

Just got an iPhone 4s and its been plugged in for about 2 hours. The battery icon show the plugged in symbol as if it was full but its not, its at 80% and will not go higher than that. Does anyone have any ideas?

i currently have the same issue with my iphone 4s also. i got an appointment with apple saturday but i would like to get a little charge in it so that i can get my pictures off of it.
