iPhone Iphone 4S not syncing

My iPhone 4s w/ios7 will not sync with iTunes now. I receive this message on the screenshot. How can I fix this issue without having to do a fresh install?

Try to authorize your Mac if it is not already. If it already is authorized then deauthorize it and authorize it again. This should fix it, I've had a similar issue.

I was able to fix my issue by running icleaner pro on my iPhone and now it syncs
