iPhone 4S on 5.01 won't get out of safe mode

Everything was fine but I went to reset all settings bc my phone was acting weird, now it won't get out of safe mode, any help?
 
Have you tried powering off? Also try a hard reset (home button & power held down).
 
Never reset all settings if you are jb.

Since you did, you need to put the phone in DFU mode and restore as NEW.
