iPhone 4S pre-order status

Anyone notice the dates for when the 4S will be shipped have changed? mine used to say 3rd november to 9th november I think but now it says Processing Items Ships: 1 - 2 Weeks Delivers 08 Nov, 2011 - 15 Nov, 2011

I was still kinda hoping I'd get it on released day (oct 28th) or a day before like in the US
